The pool area and tropical flower beds were very pretty.
My street side room was very noisy from traffic, bed pillows lumpy, bedspread heavy, strong perfume smell always in hallway, and no micro/fridge.
Overall, this hotel was acceptable but it could be so much more with attention to details. Replace the badly rusted hinges on the bathroom door and provide larger than thimble sized bottles of shampoo. Paramount though should be customer service more than the minimum and security. Would also suggest developing a brochure of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. ...read more
